Bletchley Deserves Better

Bletchley Deserves Better is an awareness programme and resident-led campaign calling for honesty, accountability, and practical action in Bletchley & Fenny Stratford. It highlights the long-standing imbalance in priorities, with MKCC disproportionately focused on CMK while Bletchley & Fenny Stratford are left behind.

Our primary focus is on the issues residents face right now: unsafe and illegal parking, poor accessibility for disabled and older residents, neglected public infrastructure, weak enforcement, and a lack of accountability when problems persist year after year.

We also refuse to accept the continued silence of ward councillors who repeatedly fail to represent the concerns of the residents they serve. When elected representatives do not speak up, challenge failures, or stand with their communities, they become part of the problem. This campaign exists, in part, because too many local voices have chosen quiet compliance over genuine representation.

We passionately support regeneration in principle, but we believe it must deliver real, measurable benefits for businesses and residents — not endless announcements, rebrands, or delayed promises. The campaign maintains a watching brief on regeneration projects to ensure transparency, value for money, and outcomes that genuinely improve daily life.

We stand for:

Action NOT announcements

Residents over rhetoric

Accountability over complacency

Representation over silence

Transparency over spin

Bletchley deserves safe streets, accessible facilities, basic standards properly enforced, and leadership that listens and acts.

This campaign exists to challenge inaction, and demand better use of public (citizens) money, and ensure Bletchley gets the everyday services and respect it has been denied for far too long.
